Slow order processing

I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving on an order. I have ordered with this company before and had no problems. However, this order was placed April 5, and I still have not received what I ordered. I have called twice and have been told someone would let me know what it happening. I have not been called back either time. If I could cancel this order, I would, but can't confirm with anyone where the order is, and I have already been charged. I will no longer be using this company.

Happy Customer

I purchase Current products several times a year. Especially stickers I use to make homemade cards for church. Never had a issue, never disappointed with the quality of their products.

I have been ordering from Current for…

I have been ordering from Current for Years !!! I placed an order on Jan 25, 2021....for New Checks...and if I ordered more than 75.00 I got these Wonderful FREE packages of Note cards, stationary...and I would get 2 Packages....Because of the amount of money spent !!!! Well I finally received my order....with a LITTLE packet of thank you cards....and another little packet of crap!!!!! NO BIG FREE PACKAGE.....AT ALL NO EXPLAINATION WHY???I COULD OF WENT TO THE DOLLAR STORE AND BOUGHT CHEAP CARDS LIKE THAT.....It is now February 23rd and still NO CHECKS!!!! When I called this morning I got a Guy in the Philippines....and I said give me to someone in Colorado.....The lady was very nice Explained that she "didnt know where my checks were " and when I asked about the FREE nice gifts that I NEVER got...she said they ran out of them and Sorry....I will not be dealing with them anymore...The shipping is VERY slow....and I am not pleased with dealing with them.....Sad because they used to be a great company to deal with.

Won’t order from Current again.

I used to love shopping at Current. I ordered a large print address book and the only thing right about the order was that it was large print. Almost too large. The shipping took way longer than normal and I even accounted for COVID. It was on back order for weeks. I plan on returning this book. So disappointed.

Ridiculous Shipping Time

Current didn't ship my order for almost three weeks and literally half my order became out of stock during that time. This isn't the first time this has happened so, between this and their high shipping charges, I'm done with Current. There are too many great places to shop to put up with Current's nonsense.
Update: It's now Feb 22 and I still haven't received two items from my order.

No delivery

Ordered from you over a month ago, order #T470337. Later e-mail said it shipped. This is now 12/23. I called and someone said it is in Pontiac, MI awaiting delivery. Supposed to go to Johnson #398,5600 Drake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48322. Meanwhile we have another order supposed to come in January.
How can you be so sloppy with orders. We like your products but doubt if we will order again... unless we do get our orders. Johnsons

Don't buy from here

Horrible I've waited 2 months for items some come in mail then had to call. Missing items. Said I'd get a refund for out of stock item no refund. Finally after 2 months received final item still no refund never ordering from here again.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a special Christmas present mid November. (Paid $12.00 of shipping on a $30.00 item to begin with). It has now been 5 weeks. They are unable to track the order because it is at a second party warehouse. Yes, it was a personalized item, but there is still no guarantee it will be here 6 weeks later for Christmas. In this day and age of on-line shopping it is shameful the time and expense to receive an item. There are so many other better options out there. I would definitely look elsewhere. (I even live in the same town as Current.) Just very poor, reminds me why I stopped using them in the first place.

Terrible service.

Ordered in mid October, still waiting for Christmas items. Maybe I will get them in time for Christmas 2021. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do because I ordered online. Sure took my money without any problem though. I will NEVER order anything from them again!

Worst customer service ever

My order has not been delivered yet due to incorrect address and have been reaching out to them for over a week now and literally NOBODY'S helping me with that. I've talked to at least 5 representatives and they all tell me different things so I do not know what to expect and they are so stupid they just don't know what to do or don't know what they're doing! Some of them even hung up on me maybe because they don't wanna deal with it. How rude and $#*!ty customer service they have. I wonder why they can get a job and get paid when they can't even do their jobs. Why do they even have jobs?! Such an idiot useless staffs. Don't even wanna give them one star hope they go out of business for doing terrible work. Still in the process of my order but so far nothing has been resolved cause they're dumb! Wish nobody gets into trouble like me and don't even shop here they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life!

Waiting over two months for backordered item

I have been ordering from Current Catalog for at least 25 years. Their customer service is not helpful. I place an order on Sept. 20 and am still waiting for the backordered item (it is Nov. 20 today). I have called several times with the most recent call two days ago and was told "Great news, your backordered item is in stock and will ship today!" Just called again to check and was told "so sorry that our rep gave the wrong info. The item won't be available until Nov.24". If this item doesn't show up soon, I won't be able to use it this holiday season. Extremely disappointed and tired of being lied to by each rep that I speak with!

Current Catalog Service

The company has nice, expensive items. BUT, their customer service is terrible. I had a missing item( out of stock) and called them 2x and BOTH times they took down my information and said that they would refund my money. BUT, they didn't. They are a deceiving company and I will NEVER order from them again. BEWARE.

Wanted multi-packs of birthday cards for my mom's stash, and were much cheaper than UNICEF I normally order. Never again will I use them. Extraordinarily poor service getting missing item from shipment sent. Back to UNICEF!

The service is bad. Really bad.
I couldn't. Then they couldn't find me as a customer, then they said they were shipping today, then they said next week.
